Approval” Certificate on September 12, 2011, after audits conducted by independent
inspection bodies—marking a solid step forward in our quality journey.
For equipment and protective systems intended for use in explosive environments, compliance with numerous regulations, standards, and directives is mandatory before being placed on the global market. Within the European Union, equipment must be certified in accordance with the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC.
Atilla Karakaya Makine demonstrated the compliance of its products with European Union standards by obtaining the ATEX 0160X and ATEX 0161 Certificates on October 28, 2013.
