Automatic Gun and Reciprocator Group
Our high-performance automatic corona electrostatic powder coating guns are designed for maximum efficiency and easy maintenance. The specially engineered dry-type cascade system delivers 100 kV of voltage power, ensuring superior coating results.
The modular design allows the gun, cable, and powder hose connections to be easily detached and reassembled. Flat jet and deflector electrodes, as well as angled nozzle options, can be mounted effortlessly. For fast color changes, a specially designed PVC gun support arm and accessories are included.
In powder enamel applications, injector systems made of 99% aluminized ceramic are used. Powder transfer is optimized with high-efficiency vertical injector groups and next-generation pump systems. Both manual and automatic gun groups are supplied with mounting accessories compatible with major robot manufacturers.
Reciprocator systems provide precise automatic movement with up to 2500 mm vertical stroke and 1000 mm horizontal stroke capacity.
